Aplicação da técnica de vinheta em estudos sobre processos decisórios<p>Application of the vignette technique in studies on decision-making processes

Uma das técnicas para levantar dados sobre o fenômeno dos julgamentos humanos é a vinheta que seria a criação de cenários hipotéticos. O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de realizar uma revisão integrativa a fim de identificar como a técnica de vinheta vem sendo aplicada nos estudos sobre processos decisórios organizacionais. Nesse sentido, realizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico dos últimos 5 anos via Scopus. Ao todo 17 estudos foram identificados por aplicarem a técnica no contexto da tomada de decisão. Os resultados apontam que técnica vem sendo aplicada nos estudos sobre processos decisórios organizacionais, principalmente, nas decisões relacionadas à cadeia de suprimentos e com forte presença de testes estatísticos e controles adicionais para verificar a validade interna e externa, bem como, a presença de vieses. A principal contribuição é indicar caminhos para o desenvolvimento de novos estudos que apliquem técnicas menos convencionais.
