Um Estudo Sobre Sociedade da Informação do Brasil no Paradigma Tecno-Econômico das TICS

A Sociedade da Informação proporciona que novas oportunidades sejam geradas no sentido de promover o crescimento e desenvolvimento econômico dos países. Sendo assim, o artigo retrata a experiência brasileira na condução de políticas governamentais voltadas para inserção do Brasil na SI. Desde os primeiros anos da década de 1990 quando a SI começava a emergir no cenário internacional, o Brasil já dava algumas indicações de que reconhecia a importância do deste setor que começava a ganhar força. No entanto, um estudo do MCT iniciado em 1996 é que formalizou esta preocupação do governo em inserir o Brasil na SI. A partir deste estudo do MCT, chega-se à conclusão de que o novo paradigma tecno-econômico é sustentado por setores cada vez mais intensivos em conhecimento, gerando consequências industriais, culturais e econômicas. Esse relatório preliminar foi a base para uma discussão mais ampla iniciada em 1999, ou seja, a implementação do programa SocInfo. Este programa deixa claros os objetivos do Brasil frente à SI. Todas essas ações proporcionaram a criação de indicadores comparáveis com outros países. Sendo assim, objetiva-se realizar a comparação destes indicadores e verificar o nível de desenvolvimento da SI do Brasil em 2005 frente aos países da OCDE.

In this way, the author (authors) authorizes (they authorize) that Publishing UNICENTRO, through the Capital Científico Journal (Electronic-On Line or Printed) the publication of this content by printed and electronic, also for communication to the public, including the public exhibition, reproduction by any process, distribution, and others systems of display or exposure to public, by any ways, medias and supports.
2. It is declared that the responsibility by the originality of the work, and it is declared that its content was not published partially or in parts by a second journal, as well is not being considered for publication in another journal or publisher in any form of media. The authors are responsible by the information accuracy as well the data contained in the submitted content.
3.
