Abstract

Objetivos do estudo: O estudo busca examinar o impacto do ensino à distância (e-learning) na empregabilidade, em um contexto marcado por mudanças tecnológicas rápidas e desafios no emprego. Metodologia/abordagem: Através de uma análise sistemática de literatura, utilizando da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Principais resultados: A pesquisa aborda como a tecnologia e a digitalização estão transformando o mercado de trabalho. No entanto, identifica um descompasso entre essas transformações e a qualificação da mão de obra disponível. Originalidade/relevância: Assim, os resultados preliminares indicam que o e-learning possui potencial significativo para melhorar a empregabilidade, embora existam desafios, como a hesitação das empresas em contratar graduados de programas de e-learning e a insuficiência no ensino de soft skills. Contudo, o e-learning se apresenta como uma ferramenta crucial para a educação continuada, particularmente para aqueles que enfrentam barreiras à educação tradicional. Contribuições acadêmicas: Esta pesquisa apresenta um framework focado na concepção de ferramentas de e-learning eficazes, abarcando aspectos de andragogia e aspectos cognitivos e comportamentais. Contribuições práticas: Este artigo contribui para a compreensão da complexa relação entre tecnologias educacionais e empregabilidade em um mundo em constante modificações.

Anelise Rebelato Mozzato, Universidade de Passo Fundo (UPF)

Graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade de Passo Fundo - UPF (1990), Especialização em Gestão Empresarial pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina - UFSC (1998), Mestrado em Educação pela Universidade de Passo Fundo - UPF (2002), Doutorado em Administração pela UNISINOS (2012), Pós Doutorado em Administração pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais - CEPEAD/UFMG (2024). . Professora titular, fazendo parte do corpo docente permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração (PPGAdm) da Escola de Ciências Agrárias, Inovação e Negócios (ESAN) e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Envelhecimento Humano do Instituto da Saúde (IF), ambos na Universidade de Passo Fundo (UPF). Líder do grupo de pesquisa Estudos em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas (GEGEP) cadastrado no CNPq. Faz parte do Conselho Editorial Científico da Revista Alcance (Univali). Atual membro do Comitê Científico da Divisão Acadêmica GPR - Gestão de Pessoas e Relações de Trabalho, da ANPAD (2024-2026). Ex-líder do GT "Gerações, Ageismo e Trabalho" na Divisão Acadêmica GPR da ANPAD (2021-2023). Atual líder do tema "Capacidades, aprendizagem e resiliência no empreendedorismo e nas pequenas organizações" do EGEPE - Encontro de Estudos sobre Empreendodorismo e Gestão de Pequenas Empresas. Possui experiência profissional e acadêmica em gestão de pessoas, com ênfase comportamental. Temas de interesses em pesquisa: Comportamento Organizacional, Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas e Relações de Trabalho, diversidades, gerações, ageismo, gestão da idade, envelhecimento, aposentadoria, aprendizagem organizacional e interorganizacional, educação e desenvolvimento profissional, cooperação e relações interorganizacionais, estudos organizacionais críticos e métodos em pesquisas qualitativas.
