O e-learning no contexto da empregabilidade: uma revisão sistemática de literatura<p>E-learning in the context of employability: a systematic literature review

Objetivos do estudo: O estudo busca examinar o impacto do ensino à distância (e-learning) na empregabilidade, em um contexto marcado por mudanças tecnológicas rápidas e desafios no emprego. Metodologia/abordagem: Através de uma análise sistemática de literatura, utilizando da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Principais resultados: A pesquisa aborda como a tecnologia e a digitalização estão transformando o mercado de trabalho. No entanto, identifica um descompasso entre essas transformações e a qualificação da mão de obra disponível. Originalidade/relevância: Assim, os resultados preliminares indicam que o e-learning possui potencial significativo para melhorar a empregabilidade, embora existam desafios, como a hesitação das empresas em contratar graduados de programas de e-learning e a insuficiência no ensino de soft skills. Contudo, o e-learning se apresenta como uma ferramenta crucial para a educação continuada, particularmente para aqueles que enfrentam barreiras à educação tradicional. Contribuições acadêmicas: Esta pesquisa apresenta um framework focado na concepção de ferramentas de e-learning eficazes, abarcando aspectos de andragogia e aspectos cognitivos e comportamentais. Contribuições práticas: Este artigo contribui para a compreensão da complexa relação entre tecnologias educacionais e empregabilidade em um mundo em constante modificações.
