Plataforma de Colaboração com Clientes para a inovação em produtos de software<p>Customer Collaboration Platform for Software Product Innovation
Abstract
Este trabalho propõe uma plataforma para promover a colaboração com os clientes para inovação em produtos de software, com base no contexto de uma empresa de tecnologia, aqui denominada de Empresa S. A proposição apresenta contribuições para empresas que desejam aprimorar sua aproximação com clientes para promover a inovação, por meio dos os seguintes instrumentos: “Nosso processo de inovação”, para que os usuários conheçam e se inscrevam para acompanhar o processo de inovação da empresa; “Ideias no processo de inovação”, para que eles possam participar ativamente deste processo, trazendo ideias e participando do processo de desenvolvimento de inovação daqueles que eles tiverem interesse; “Roadmap”, para que os usuários tenham visibilidade das melhorias que estão programadas pela empresa; e “Inovações entregues”, para que os clientes possam acompanhar o que foi entregue, a versão em que ocorreu e tenham acesso à documentação. Destaca-se a contribuição da proposta para o ecossistema de inovação, formado por empresas de tecnologia em sua maioria, que incorporam inovação em seu dia a dia.
