Projeto Pedagógico do curso de Administração da Unicentro: uma perspectiva baseada em competências

A proposta do presente trabalho é discutir a importância da formação do administrador generalista baseando-se nas competências e a análise de um novo projeto político-pedagógico para a Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste para que isso contribua para sua viabilização. Neste estudo, realizou-se uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo, qualitativa, utilizando-se dados primários e secundários, com amostras por conveniência. O estudo foi realizado na região Centro-Oeste do Estado do Paraná, por meio de pesquisas desenvolvidas nos anos de 2003 e 2004. A análise apresentada é baseada em levantamento de dados documentais e em observações e entrevistas com os professores, egressos e alunos do Curso de Administração da UNICENTRO. Os resultados demonstrarados na grade curricular final (anexo 1) demonstra a necessidade de reformulação das práticas didáticopedagógicas, grade curricular, estrutura física, sistema de avaliações, projeto político-pedagógico, contribuindo para a formação de gestores generalistas.

2. It is declared that the responsibility by the originality of the work, and it is declared that its content was not published partially or in parts by a second journal, as well is not being considered for publication in another journal or publisher in any form of media.
