Dark Triad é uma construção criada a partir de três traços de personalidades não patológicas, sendo eles o Narcisismo, o Maquiavelismo e a Psicopatia.Este estudo tem o objetivo de analisar e identificar quais são os traços de personalidade que predominam nos estudantes de Ciências Contábeis na Universidade Estadual do Centro Oeste - UNICENTRO. Para atingir o objetivo do estudo foram questionados 197 alunos matriculados no curso de Ciências Contábeis. Foi utilizado questionário validado por Lopes et al (2016), o qual contém 27 questões, sendo 9 de cada traço de personalidade. Constatou-se que o nível moderado de maquiavelismo foi o que mais se destacou na amostra estudada, sendo que dos três constructos, foi o único que apresentou uma média acima de 3,00 para os resultados, indicando que os respondentes têm tendências a este traço de personalidade. Os resultados permitiram ainda verificar que grande parte dos alunos possuem atitudes que os enquadram nos níveis baixo e moderado. Sendo assim, pode-se considerar que a maior parte dos estudantes analisados tendem a ser mais honestos, prezando pela sua moral e integridade, e tendo decoro e zelo em suas atitudes, no meio acadêmico e organizacional.
