Responsabilidade social - análise das dimensões sistêmicas nas pequenas e grandes empresas

Este artigo analisa as práticas de responsabilidade social desenvolvidas tanto por micro e pequenas empresas com também por maiores organizações. O principal objetivo é analisar, de forma qualitativa, o processo de percepção gerencial e o resultado das escolhas em relação às práticas de responsabilidade social nas organizações brasileiras. Os resultados confirmam um comportamento voltado para o assistencialismo e para ações voluntárias das micro-firmas, tendo como principal problema à falta de controle e acompanhamento nas intervenções sociais, acompanhada da constante ausência de continuidade nas ações. Nas pequenas empresas , as principais formas de intervenção social estão voltadas para a caridade e filantropia, por meio de doações em dinheiro, para instituições de caridade, enquanto as maiores organizações destinam suas ações de forma racionalizada e com baixa perspectiva de transformação da realidade contextual. Os resultados são alcançados pelas análises exploratórias comparativas, baseadas em dados secundários divulgados pelo Sebrae Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio a Pequena Empresa e também da pesquisa Nacional sobre a Responsabilidade Social nas Empresas, realizado pelo Instituto ADVB De Responsabilidade Social . Os conceitos teóricos são discutidos por um levantamento bibliográfico das teorias multidiciplinares, principalmente, da teoria sistêmica, criando um arcabouço das características das micro e pequenas empresas e da responsabilidade social.

2.
