As orientações motivacionais em alunos de administração: uma análise realizada na disciplina de recursos humanos

Estudos recentes em instituições de Ensino Superior têm demonstrado que a motivação pode ser um dos principais determinantes para o êxito e qualidade da aprendizagem, tratando-se de um componente complexo e com muitos aspectos inerentes à educação escolar. Segundo esses estudos, um aluno motivado aprende e realiza mais, se comparado com aquele que não possui motivação. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo analisar as orientações motivacionais e estratégias de processamento de aprendizagem dos graduandos do Curso de Administração da Universidade Privada do Norte do Paraná (UNOPAR) – Campus de Londrina/PR. A metodologia desta pesquisa é caracterizada como exploratória, com uma análise quantitativa e qualitativa. O levantamento dos dados foi realizado por meio de questionários estruturados com perguntas objetivas, através de uma amostra não probabilística por conveniência, tendo como sujeito de estudo alunos da disciplina de Administração de Recursos Humanos, dos anos de 2000 e 2001,representados por 148 alunos, que foram submetidos às técnicas estatísticas formais. Desta forma, buscou-se revelar a meta de aprendizado, com o processamento de profundidade e sua importância, no intuito de apontar aos docentes possíveis diretrizes para um ensino eficaz e eficiente na formação de gestores.
