Desenvolvimento de capacidades dinâmicas dos empreendedores paranaenses como vantagem competitiva<p>Development of dynamic capabilities of entrepreneurs from Paraná as a competitive advantage

Estudo sobre capacidade absortiva, introduzidos por Cohen e Levinthal, 1989, tem sido importantes na pesquisa organizacional. Partindo desse pressuposto, levantou-se como problema de pesquisa: O conhecimento externo potencialmente valioso, por meio da Educação Extencionista gera capacidade absortiva nas pequenas empresas para desenvolver inovações de rotinas e processos? O objetivo foi analisar se cursos de capacitação empresarial, por meio da extensão para pequenos empreendedores gera capacidade absortiva, resultando em inovações de rotinas e processos. A pesquisa teve caráter descritivo com análise quantitativa dos dados levantados com empreendedores que realizaram capacitação empreendedora no estado do Paraná pela Secretaria da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior. Foi utilizado o modelo apresentado por Lane, Koka e Durisin (2006) para reorientar a pesquisa sobre capacidade absortiva na educação extencionista e empreendedora. A amostra foi composta por 330 questionários, correspondendo a 11% da população estimada de 3000 indivíduos pesquisados nos anos de 2017 e 2018. Para a análise dos dados optou-se por utilizar a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), ou Análise de Equações Estruturais (AEE), por meio do software Amos incorporado ao IBM® SPSS® Statistics. Este estudo contribui de forma empírica ao identificar evidências de que a Educação Extensionista gera capacidade absortiva nas pequenas empresas para desenvolver inovações de rotinas e processos.References
