A inovação está cada vez mais presente nos estudos da área de administração e, aliado a ela, a atividade empreendedora que antes estava focada na criação de novos produtos, processos e negócios, agora se volta para o interior das empresas. O intraempreendedorismo − empreendedorismo dentro de organizações existentes − torna as pessoas agentes da inovação, motivando a constante evolução nas organizações. Metodologicamente, este ensaio teórico, tem como objetivo descrever o empreendedorismo e sua relação com a inovação, delimitando a análise em nível organizacional. Verificou-se que estudiosos do campo do empreendedorismo e inovação, têm buscado relacionar e delimitar os conceitos destas áreas de forma multidisciplinar e multidimensional e, as limitações encontradas, têm impulsionado pesquisas a fim de que sejam preenchidas as lacunas existentes no estudo das organizações.References
