A formação de docentes bacharéis na atuação no ensino superior é permeada por desafios pedagógicos nas mais diversas áreas do conhecimento, dentre elas, na área de secretariado executivo. Ocorre que o docente se caracteriza como perito em seu campo de conhecimento específico, porém, por vezes não domina a área pedagógica e educacional, devido a sua formação de bacharel. Frente às lacunas existentes na formação desses professores, este estudo possui o objetivo de compreender os desafios enfrentados pelos profissionais bacharéis em secretariado executivo que atuam como docentes no ensino superior nas IES públicas do Brasil. A justificativa de realização dessa pesquisa ampara-se inicialmente devido a existência de poucos estudos que investigam a preparação didático-pedagógica dos docentes bacharéis que atuam nos cursos de secretariado executivo. Dessa forma, a coleta de dados se deu por meio de questionários aplicados aos docentes dos cursos de Secretariado das IES públicas do Brasil e também, por meio de análises nas grades curriculares das disciplinas. Como principais resultados obtidos, pode-se destacar que os respondentes apontam para a necessidade de desenvolvimento de competências e preparo para a atividade dos bacharéis docentes, por meio de capacitações didático-pedagógicas, que auxiliem no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.Published
