GESTÃO ESTRATÉGICA DE TALENTOS: PROPOSTA DE UM MODELO PARA EMPRESAS INOVADORAS

Um corpo significativo de literatura estratégica de recursos humanos aponta para o potencial dos recursos humanos como uma fonte de vantagem competitiva sustentável e consequentemente na trajetória da inovação. Neste contexto, onde os indivíduos são fundamentais para a inovação nas organizações e, ao mesmo tempo, há uma ênfase na literatura de Gestão de Talentos, mais adequada a ambientes dinâmicos e competitivos, suscita-se a contribuição da Gestão Estratégica de Talentos em relação às estratégias de inovação das organizações. Assim, a contribuição específica deste ensaio foi desenvolver um modelo teórico de Gestão Estratégica de Talentos em empresas com foco em inovação. Nesta pesquisa, o modelo teórico foi desenvolvido com base no alinhamento das estratégias de inovação de Freeman (1982) e Freeman e Soete (2006), que fornece uma gama de opções de estratégias de inovação adotadas pelas empresas, bem como as funções técnicas ligadas a cada uma delas; da identificação de posições de talentos essenciais desenvolvida por Huselid et al. (2005), Boudreau e Ramstad (2007) e Mellahi e Collings (2009); e dos atributos que tornam os recursos humanos estratégicos desenvolvidos por Barney (1991) e Lepak e Snell (1999; 2002). In this way, the author (authors) authorizes (they authorize) that Publishing UNICENTRO, through the Capital Científico Journal (Electronic-On Line or Printed) the publication of this content by printed and electronic, also for communication to the public, including the public exhibition, reproduction by any process, distribution, and others systems of display or exposure to public, by any ways, medias and supports.
2. It is declared that the responsibility by the originality of the work, and it is declared that its content was not published partially or in parts by a second journal, as well is not being considered for publication in another journal or publisher in any form of media. The authors are responsible by the information accuracy as well the data contained in the submitted content.
3. It is declared that in the text process of writing it was observed with accuracy the rules referred to citations and references to research sources used, according to the Brazilian law 9.610/ 1988 (law of Author’s rights) as well as it was observed the dispositions contained in the Committee and Ethic reference to the object researched.
