ANÁLISE DE AMBIENTE E PROPOSIÇÃO DE AÇÕES ESTRATÉGICAS EM CURSO DE MEDICINA

Abstract

Este relato tecnológico tem objetivo de apresentar uma proposta de intervenção estratégica com base na análise de ambiente, realizada no curso de medicina de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior no Oeste do Paraná. A metodologia da pesquisa ação foi utilizada para diagnosticar e propor um plano de ação para compor o plano estratégico. Foram realizadas entrevistas, observação direta participante e participação efetiva nas reuniões de colegiado e Núcleo de Desenvolvimento Docente. Foi estabelecido um plano de ação estratégica em parceria com a coordenação do curso e docentes, a ser ajustado e aplicado. Os principais resultados indicaram a relevância e o papel da estratégia, integrada com a Proposta Pedagógica e Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional. A análise de ambiente permitiu elencar os riscos, oportunidades, pontos fortes e fracos a serem enfrentados no processo de gestão do curso, a partir dos pressupostos de Certo e Peter (2010).

Mestrando do Programa de Pós Graduação em Administração - Mestrado Profissional (Unioeste-PR), Pós-graduado em Administração Financeira (Unicentro - 2010) e em Docência no Ensino Superior (UniCesumar -2014). Graduado em Administração pela Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (2008). Concluiu Complementação Pedagógica em Matemática - Licenciatura Plena pela Faculdade Multivix, Nova Venecia - ES (2013) e Curso Técnico em Secretaria Escolar pelo Centro de Ensino e Treinamento Aplicado - CETAP - Rio de Janeiro (2015).

Doutorado em Economia Aplicada pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas - UNICAMP (2007), Mestrado em Economia Aplicada pela Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz/Universidade de São Paulo - ESALQ/USP (1998) e Graduado em Ciências Econômicas pela Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná - UNIOESTE (1992). Professor do Curso de Ciências Econômicas da UNIOESTE/Cascavel desde 1993 com destaque para a disciplinas de Elaboração e Análise de Projeto de Viabilidade Econômica, Crescimento e Desenvolvimento Econômico. Em nível de Pós-Graduação Stricto e Lato Sensu ministrado disciplinas de Gestão Estratégica de Negócios, Elaboração e Análise de Projeto de Viabilidade Econômica, Análise Econômica de Investimentos, Avaliação Econômica e Financeira de Projetos e Métodos para Análise de Investimentos. Na Pesquisa e Extensão atuado na área de Economia Regional e Agronegócio com desenvolvimento de Projeto de Viabilidade Econômica e Financeira, Gestão e Inovação, Gestão Tecnológica e Empresarial, Estratégias de Produtividade e Qualidade.
