FATOR VALORATIVO DO TRABALHO: ESTUDO EM UMA INDÚSTRIA MOVELEIRA DO SUDOESTE DO PARANÁ

Inúmeros são os estudos sobre a motivação ou o significado do trabalho, já no estudo em questão, o intuito é estabelecer um contato com os fatores valorativos do trabalho dos funcionários de uma indústria moveleira do Sudoeste do Paraná. Em busca da resposta a essa problemática, definiu-se como objetivo desse estudo, conhecer a importância dos atributos valorativos como um dos fatores do significado e a motivação do trabalho para os funcionários. Para o alcance de tal objetivo, utilizou-se de uma abordagem quantitativa, com análise fatorial dos dados. Para a coleta dos dados, foi utilizado um questionário validado por Borges, Alves-Filho e Tamayo (2008), adaptado nesta pesquisa para o tempo de resposta disponibilizado pela empresa, mas visando a coleta dos fatores valorativos considerados pelos funcionários como mais importantes no ambiente de trabalho. A sobrevivência pessoal e familiar, justiça no trabalho, auto expressão e realização pessoal, formaram o fator com mais auto grau de valorativo considerados pelos participantes da pesquisa representado pelo fator 1.

In this way, the author (authors) authorizes (they authorize) that Publishing UNICENTRO, through the Capital Científico Journal (Electronic-On Line or Printed) the publication of this content by printed and electronic, also for communication to the public, including the public exhibition, reproduction by any process, distribution, and others systems of display or exposure to public, by any ways, medias and supports.
2. It is declared that the responsibility by the originality of the work, and it is declared that its content was not published partially or in parts by a second journal, as well is not being considered for publication in another journal or publisher in any form of media.
