Cenário da produção bibliográfica nacional em secretariado nos anos de 2004 a 2013

A área de Secretariado Executivo, no Brasil, tem apresentado, nos últimos anos, um crescente avanço em diversos aspectos, dentre eles, a produção bibliográfica como meio propulsor do conhecimento. O exercício profissional, bem como a vivacidade acadêmica do Secretariado. necessita de aparato teórico que consubstancie sua contínua evolução. Neste sentido, artigos científicos, ensaios, livros entre outras formas de publicações, assumem papel preponderante e têm buscado suprir a crescente demanda. Considerando a importância supracitada, esse trabalho tem por objetivo identificar os livros publicados na área de Secretariado Executivo no Brasil nos anos de 2004 a 2013. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo onde os dados foram coletados por meio de observação indireta não participante e analisados por meio de análise de conteúdo. Os títulos coletados foram divididos em duas grades áreas: profissional e acadêmica. Em seguida foram subdivididos em outras áreas mais específicas em cada uma destas duas grandes áreas. Alguns livros nesse ínterim relacionados à literatura histórica ou ficcional também foram colhidos para análises. A pesquisa levantou 92 livros publicados entre os anos de 2004 e 2013 na área de Secretariado no Brasil. Os títulos e consequentemente os temas encontrados foram preponderantemente voltados à área profissional, especificamente as técnicas secretariais. Diante disso, as principais lacunas encontradas no contexto secretarial estão exatamente ligadas à área acadêmica; carências em livros voltados a educação, pesquisa e formação de docentes em Secretariado, bem como construtos ligados a área como comunicação, resiliência e demais componentes ligados a essa área específica.
