Planejamento estratégico como ferramenta de gestão nas cooperativas agroindustriais do Paraná

Esta pesquisa abordou os conceitos de métodos de prospecção de cenários como ferramentas nos planejamentos estratégicos das 12 maiores Cooperativas Agroindustriais do Paraná, ranqueadas através da publicação da Revista Exame Melhores & Maiores, a qual contempla as 1000 maiores empresas do Brasil em 2013. Para melhor entender o processo de desenvolvimento de prospecção de cenários foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica buscando-se identificar as metodologias de prospecção de cenários já modelados por diversos autores. Identificou-se que as 12 maiores Cooperativas Agroindustriais do Paraná, utilizam métodos de prospecção de cenários em seus planejamentos estratégicos, que são desenvolvidos em alguns casos com um horizonte de 3 anos, 5 anos e que algumas cooperativas já vislumbram um horizonte até o ano de 2020. Para tentar minimizar a ocorrência de cenários com incertezas, as cooperativas agroindustriais buscam realizar investimentos com lastro e contratos de parcerias de longo prazo com clientes, além de utilizarem a estratégia da intercooperação entre as próprias cooperativas do Paraná, através da constituição de consórcios e/ou centrais cooperativas, que objetivam a união de forças, para a redução de custos e melhoria na competitividade. No entanto, por estarem inseridas no mercado de commodities e na conjuntura econômica mundial, visto que comercializam tanto com o mercado interno, quanto com o mercado externo, necessitam realizar exercícios que aprimorem as respostas para todos os cenários futuros possíveis.
