Aplicação da análise fatorial na identificação dos fatores de custos da qualidade das empresas do setor de construção civil de Campina Grande, PB
Abstract
O presente estudo objetiva determinar quais os indicadores de custos da qualidade mais significativos, revelados pela Análise Fatorial, que devem ser levados em consideração no acompanhamento do resultado das empresas do setor de construção civil de Campina Grande, PB. O setor da construção civil em Campina Grandeé formado por 95 empresas, no entanto, de acordo com Sinduscon, 28 encontram-se inativas, o que resultou em uma população, para esta pesquisa, de 67 empresas. A coleta de dados realizou-se com aplicação de questionários respondidos por 41 empresas, que representam 61,19% do universo. O tratamento de dados foi efetivado com o auxílio do software SPSS versão 8.0, sendo os dados transportados para planilhas do Excel ou tabelas do Word. O procedimento estatístico foi composto pela técnica análise fatorial (AF). Pode-se inferir que existe grande preocupação dos gestores em avaliar a matéria-prima antes de ingressar na produção, no entanto poucos executam a coleta e divulgação dos dados da qualidade. Quanto aos custos das perdas do processo produtivo existem uma grande preocupação dos gestores em combater essas perdas, por isso, desenvolvem ações voltadas para o uso dos recursos construtivos de maneira racionalizada.
