Proposta de implantação de sistema de informação na gestão de recebíveis: Um estudo de caso em uma empresa de pequeno porte de material de construção mineira

a geração de empregos pelas micro e pequenas empresas no Brasil tem possibilitado o aumento do consumo dos brasileiros, e consequentemente, das vendas. Com isso, os empresários precisam dedicar uma maior atenção aos níveis de inadimplência, e podem utilizar dos benefícios dos sistemas informatizados, como importante instrumento no Processo de Gestão de Recebíveis. Este estudo tem o objetivo de analisar a gestão de recebíveis em uma empresa de pequeno porte de material de construção localizada em Uberlândia/Minas Gerais. Adicionalmente, visando melhorar o Processo de Gestão de Recebíveis da empresa, propõe-se um novo fluxograma com base na adoção e implantação do Sistema de Informação. A metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho foi o estudo de caso e o levantamento de dados por meio de entrevista, observação do processo, acesso e consulta aos documentos da empresa. Mediante levantamento do Processo de Gestão de Recebíveis da empresa, foi possível verificar a dependência da presença do proprietário para liberação de crédito nos casos de venda a prazo. Como resultado, obteve-se que com a proposta do novo fluxograma para o Processo de Gestão de Recebíveis informatizado, esperam-se benefícios para a execução e gerenciamento das atividades da empresa.
