O uso da tecnologia no tratamento estatístico em pesquisas na área de secretariado executivo

O objetivo deste estudo é investigar os procedimentos de coletas de dados de natureza quantitativa a fim de apresentar possíveis ferramentas tecnológicas para esse procedimento. Nesse sentido, este estudo é importante para ampliar as opções do pesquisador no tratamento e análise de dados. Para apoiar essa investigação foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a complementaridade do uso de instrumentos de pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa para detalhar aqueles de natureza quantitativa e o uso da tecnologia no tratamento estatístico de dados. Esse estudo é de natureza descritivo-exploratória, uma vez que se busca conhecer as escolhas metodológicas atuais de instrumentos de tendência quantitativa em artigos de periódicos e anais de eventos da área secretariado (2011 e 2012), a fim de mapear seu uso e apontar aqueles que fazem uso de tecnologia para a pesquisa. Diante das informações levantadas, este trabalho apresenta o uso do SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) como uma alternativa de software estatístico para incitar as pesquisas na área. Os resultados obtidos com a análise dos artigos apontam que o uso desse tipo de software ou qualquer outro que ofereça um pacote mais amplo de opções de tratamento estatístico é raro. Sendo assim, foram apresentadas as vantagens em se utilizar o SPPS em estudos da área de secretariado como forma de aprofundar a análise de variáveis nos mais diversos fenômenos investigados.
