Os avanços da pesquisa em secretariado executivo: uma análise nos periódicos científicos nacionais

A pesquisa científica apresenta contribuições importantes para as mais diferentes áreas e setores, uma vez que analisa os problemas da sociedade, para os quais busca encontrar respostas e soluções. Isso motiva as diferentes áreas do conhecimento ao desenvolvimento sistemático da pesquisa. Contudo, destaca-se que além da necessidade da realização de pesquisas é fundamental que ocorra também a publicação dos estudos científicos, a partir de canais de comunicação de qualidade, como os periódicos científicos. Nesse contexto, entende-se que os periódicos científicos são ferramentas importantes para o fortalecimento das mais diversas áreas, principalmente, em áreas como o Secretariado Executivo, na qual se busca maior consolidação da pesquisa. Assim, motivados por essa discussão, tem-se nesse estudo, o propósito de desenvolver um mapeamento sobre a produção científica constante nos periódicos nacionais em secretariado, com o intuito de analisar a evolução e as contribuições da pesquisa nessa área. Para este fim, o estudo está embasado a guisa da literatura de pesquisa em secretariado. Em termos metodológicos, a pesquisa apresenta abordagem predominantemente quantitativa, a partir de uma pesquisa do tipo bibliométrica. Os principais procedimentos de investigação se deram a partir de pesquisa documental e a fonte de coleta de dados foram os cinco periódicos científicos brasileiros (versões on-line) que publicam na área de secretariado. Os principais resultados apontam que a pesquisa em secretariado vem demonstrando avanços consideráveis, principalmente, nos últimos três anos, nos quais têm ocorrido um significativo aumento na publicação de artigos específicos em secretariado, cenário este muito importante para a consolidação e evolução da área.

2. It is declared that the responsibility by the originality of the work, and it is declared that its content was not published partially or in parts by a second journal, as well is not being considered for publication in another journal or publisher in any form of media.
