Metodologias de Intervenção Utilizadas pelos Consultores no Trabalho Realizado com ONGs: um estudo na região metropolitana do Recife-PE

O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar e analisar as metodologias de intervenção utilizadas pelos consultores no trabalho realizado com Organizações Não Governamentais (ONGs). Com este fim, além da pesquisa bibliográfica (ARGYRIS, 1970; FERNANDES, 1994; CARVALHO, 2000; OLIVEIRA, 2004; TENÓRIO, 2004; TUDE; RODRIGUES, 2007; ABONG, 2008), foram realizados estudos qualitativos com consultores de ONGs que atuam na região metropolitana de Recife-PE, sendo a coleta de dados dividida em três etapas: entrevistas exploratórias, entrevistas em profundidade e entrevistas de acompanhamento. Em seguida, os dados foram analisados utilizando-se como método principal a análise da pragmática da linguagem (MATTOS, 2006). Quanto aos resultados, podemos destacar que no trabalho de consultoria com ONGs os consultores enfatizaram que, pela natureza multifacetada dessas organizações, não existem metodologias pré-determinadas para a consultoria nesse campo, com exceção para as consultorias especializadas. Grande parte do trabalho do consultor está relacionada à realização de planejamentos estratégicos que têm como ponto de partida a realização de diagnósticos organizacionais. Pela escassez de recursos, muitas vezes, o acompanhamento das atividades planejadas pela consultoria fica a cargo dos próprios integrantes das ONGs.
