Diversidade florística e síndromes de dispersão de diásporos das espécies arbóreas de um fragmento de floresta ombrófila mista

Abstract

As espécies arbóreas com DAP¸ 10 cm de ocorrência, em um fragmento de Floresta Ombrófila Mista Montana, situado em Criúva - RS (Brasil), foram avaliadas quanto suas suas respectivas síndromes de dispersão de diásporos. Foram encontradas 37 espécies, distribuídas em 22 famílias e 32 gêneros. As famílias Myrtaceae, Lauraceae e Sapindaceae contribuíram com 40,5% do total de espécies coletadas. O valor estimado do índice de diversidade Shannon foi de 2,768. Um total de 75,7% das espécies possuem síndrome de zoocoria, 18,9% anemocoria e 5,4% autocoria. O predomínio de espécies com síndrome de dispersão por animais é importante na comunidade; portanto, a eliminação de animais frugívoros no ambiente pode comprometer a reprodução e a dinâmica de várias espécies.
