Avaliação do teor de minerais da Ilex paraguariensis da região Centro-Oeste do Estado do Paraná

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o teor dos metais Ca, Al, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu,Na, K e Mn em amostras de erva-mate (Ilex paraguariensis) atrav´es da epectrometria de
absor¸c˜ao atˆomica com chamas -FAAS. A extra¸c˜ao dos metais em erva-mate foi realizada
em meio ´acido, utilizando-se uma solu¸c˜ao de HCL 0,12 mol/L a uma temperatura de 70 ◦C
por10 min. O teor de metais foi avaliado em folhas e ramos da erva-mate e em plantas de
origem nativa e cultivada coletadas na Regi˜ao Centro-Oeste do Paran´a.
